Peach Bellini Mocktail/Cocktail

1 oz Bella Nonnas Peach Balsamic 4 oz Prosecco  or  4 oz Non alcoholic Sparkling Wine 1 Tablespoon Peach Puree  1 oz fresh lemon juice 1 peach (fresh or frozen)  Add a peach and balsamic to a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour sweetened peach puree into the bottom of a tall narrow wine glass,  Pour the Prosecco on Non alcoholic Sparkling Wine over the puree and give it a gentle stir.  The peach solids will float to the top.   OPTIONAL:  Add small slice of peach or any fresh fruit.
