Ingredients 8 oz Cottage Cheese 8 oz Gruyere Cheese (or more)8 Eggs Bella Nonnas Olive Oil to coat muffin panHot Sauce (to taste) Salt/Pepper How to Make Bacon Egg Bites Step 1: Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
