Coconut Pineapple Cocktail

Coconut Pineapple Cocktail  Ingredients: - 2 oz coconut cream - 1 oz Bella Nonnas Pineapple Balsamic - 1 oz orange juice - 1 oz lime juice - 2 oz white rum - 1 oz coconut rum - Ice cubes - Pineapple slice for garnish - Maraschino cherry for garnish Instructions: 1. Combine coconut cream, pineapple balsamic, orange juice, lime juice, white rum, and coconut rum in a blender. 2. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a chilled glass. 4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

 Roasted Garlic Parmesan Zucchini, Squash, and Tomatoes  Ingredients: - 2 medium zucchinis, sliced - 2 yellow squash, sliced - 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons  Bella Nonnas Jalapeno olive oil - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - Salt and pepper, to taste - Fresh chopped basil or parsley, for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, squash, and halved cherry tomatoes. 3.
