- 4 large fresh tomatoes. Or 12-14 cherry tomatoes.
- 5 tablespoons Bella Nonnas Ultra Premium EVOO or Basil Olive Oil
- Dash of Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons Bella Nonnas ~Private Reserve~ Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar
- 14 leaves Basil
- 1 package of Fresh mozzarella cheese packed in water
Instructions:
- Thinly slice tomatoes and arrange around perimeter of plate.
- Slice mozzarella into silver dollars and place on each tomato.
- Top with a sprig of basil
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste serve.
