Balsamic Glazed Ham

Ingredients: 1 - bone-in skinless smoked ham, shank or butt end portion, 6-8 lbs. 1 cup Bella Nonnas Maple Balsamic or Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic  2 tablespoons Dijon or grainy mustard Cooking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 325. Line a large roasting pan with foil. With a sharp knife, score the fat all over the ham in a diamond pattern. Place the ham, cut side down, in the roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pan set over low heat, reduce the balsamic to 1/2 cup, by gently simmering it. Bellas' Summer Splash

Ingredients: Ice cubes 1 Glass of Carbonated Water 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 tbsp. Bella Nonnas Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar Cranberries for garnish Mint or Lime slice for garnish Instructions: Throw a few ice cubes into a glass. Fill the tall glass with any carbonated water. Squeeze roughly 1 table spoon of lime juice into the water. Add 2 tablespoons of Cranberry Pear White Balsamic. Stir, garnish with lime and cranberries Enjoy! For a twist, reduce the water and add a splash of your favorite vodka or gin Servings : 1

Cranberry Blood Orange Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups + 1 Tbs.fresh squeezed orange juice (4-5 large oranges) 1 Tbs. finely grated orange zest 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt 4 large eggs 3 cups granulated sugar 1 cup + 1 Tbs. Bella Nonnas Blood Orange Olive Oil 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 cup confectioners sugar Bella Nonnas Cranberry-Pear Balsamic Vinegar for drizzle Cooking Instructions: Position a rack in the middle of the oven, remove any racks above, and crank up the heat to 350°F (175°C).
