Chili Lime Pineapple Cucumber Sticks

Chili Lime Pineapple Cucumber Sticks 
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 cucumbers, cut into sticks
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 oz Bella Nonnas Pineapple Balsamic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Tajin seasoning, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish (optional)
1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and cucumber sticks.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, balsamic, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the balsamic mixture over the pineapple and cucumber sticks, tossing gently to coat.
4. Arrange the chili lime pineapple cucumber sticks on a serving platter.
5. Sprinkle with Tajin seasoning and fresh chopped cilantro, if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing and spicy snack!
