Chris Drott has indulged his pizza passion for the past 20 years, and we are all going to benefit.   This class will provide instruction on crusts and sauces, to the oh-so unexplored world of toppings!  You will receive instruction, tips and recipes directly from Chris.  

                Arugula Salad with Mini Caprese Skewers

Our arugula salad is tossed with Bella Nonnas Basil Infused Olive Oil and topped with mini caprese skewers, featuring grape tomatoes, Ciliegine-Mini buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and Bella Nonnas 18 Year Old Traditional dark Balsamic Vinegar.

                             The Tarte Flambée

Hailing from the northern Alsace region of France. This classic European white pizza features a sauce made from a combination of fromage blanc cheese, crème fraîche with a hint of nutmeg, that is topped with smoked bacon lardons, sautéed onions, gruyère cheese and fresh chives, and the crust is finished with Bella Nonnas Butter Infused Olive Oil. With its brie like flavor, The Tarte Flambée was made to go alongside a good glass of wine! 

                               The Tony Soprano

Inspired by the infamous and iconic character New Jersey Mob Boss Tony Soprano, and his love for all things of fine Italian cured meats. Featuring a unique blend of Italian charcuterie, such as, capocollo, sopressata, genoa and calabrese. Paired with Murray's Casero provolone, a sharp cheese that compliments the finely cured charcuterie featured. Along with thinly sliced red onions, with a garlicky San Marzano tomato sauce, and fresh aromatic basil and the crust is finished with Bella Nonnas Garlic Infused Olive Oil.   

                                 The Barcelona

Celebrating the many great flavors of Spain, the Barcelona, features a very unique sauce, with the flavors of saffron, smoked paprika, ground chorizo and Calabrian and peppadew peppers, that is topped with, shrimp, finely cured chorizo sausage, green olives and manchego cheese, and the crust is finished with Bella Nonnas Chaabani Chili Infused Olive Oil. 

                               The Buffalo Blue

With football season upon us, we had to bring back the crowd pleaser,

The Buffalo Blue, that begins with a roux made from Bella Nonnas Butter Infused Olive Oil, to create a blue cheese béchamel sauce, that is blended with Murray's mountain blue gorgonzola cheese, that creates a rich and creamy, and very slightly pungent sauce that balances well with, spicy buffalo chicken, Monterey jack cheese, green onions and a hint of celery salt, and the crust is finished with Bella Nonnas Butter Infused OliveOoil!
