The La Regina
Inspired by the rising star of the international pizza world Laura Meyer, this Sicilian style square shaped pizza features a garlic & basil flavored San Marzano tomato sauce with whole milk mozzarella and provolone cheeses, dry aged and finely cured soppressata, all baked to perfection, with each slice being topped with a combination of arugula, prosciutto, shavings of parmigiano-reggiano cheese & a drizzle of Bella Nonnas Denissimo Balsamic.
The Rosemary Patata
A new inspiration that features an agave nectar and basil pesto, with the semi-soft, fruity & pungent French Raclette cheese, yukon gold potatoes, fresh rosemary, crushed red pepper with the crust being finished with a combination of Bella Nonnas rosemary and garlic infused olive oils.
A unique pizza inspiration from master chef Bobby Flay, that features a roasted garlic cannellini white bean purée, with grilled to perfection slices of
rib eye steak, sun dried tomatoes, imported Greek feta cheese, thinly shaved red onions, green onions, crushed red pepper with the crust being finished with Bella Nonnas garlic infused olive oil.
The Thai Shrimp Satay
This Asian-Thai inspired original features a Satay made from Bella Nonnas Japanese roasted sesame oil, with Teriyaki shrimp, Murray's Monterey jack cheese, toasted sesame seeds, fresh chives and roasted peanuts.
