Our tropical passion fruit balsamic vinegar can be used in shrubs, mixed cocktails, over berries or cut up fruit. It makes a wonderful glaze and is a tasty addition to marinades and dressings. It is especially delicious in ceviche and seafood cocktails.
Pairs well with the following Olive Oils: All Extra Virgins, Persian Lime, Eureka Lemon, Blood Orange, Mandarin, & Baklouti Green Chili. Also delicious with Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil, Almond Oil, Pecan Oil and Walnut Oil.
