St. Louis Style Pizza
St. Louis style pizza with its cracker thin rectangular shaped crust, baked on sheet pans, also features the trademark 'Provel' cheese, a blend of the finest aged Vermont cheddar, Emmentaler Swiss and Aged Casero Provolone cheeses topping our garlicky San Marzano sauce, Boar's Head Pepperoni, and thinly shaved red & green onions.
TheRoasted Vegetable Bianca
Celebrating the many wonderful flavors of all things roasted root and other types of vegetables, features an herbed ricotta white sauce, that is topped with a medley of roasted to perfection vegetables including, butternut squash, pearl onions, parsnips, fennel and kale, with fresh rosemary, Pecorino-Romano that is finished with a circular topping of a roasted red pepper sauce.
The Louisiana Crawfish
With crawfish season in full swing, we bring you our pizza inspired version of this time-honored Louisiana tradition featuring an étouffée sauce, topped with crawfish tails, spicy new potatoes, roasted corn, andouille sausage, roasted garlic, with Monterey jack cheese and green onions
The Sicilian Margherita
A slightly different take on the classic, The Sicilian Margherita features a rectangular shaped half inch thick focaccia style crust, that is baked with a San Marzano sauce with buffalo mozzarella and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses, that are then topped with arugula, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil that have been tossed with Bella Nonnas garlic infused olive oil and finished with Bella Nonnas Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar.
