Join Melissa Brannan of Now You’re Cooking as she guides you through slicing, dicing, and more in this hands on class. You’ll learn basic techniques as well as properly caring for and sharpening your knife. Then enjoy the fruits of your labor with a seasonal salad and simple minestrone. Each class size is limited to 7 people, so we are offering 2 classes on this date. Each class will last an hour and a half.
**Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chef knives, but knives will be available if needed.
