Lemon-Dill Pasta w/ Green Beans and Parmesan

LEMON-DILL PASTA WITH GREEN BEANS AND PARMESAN modified from Dishing Up the Dirt   Prep Time:  5 min   Cook Time:  15 min   Serves 4   12 ounces pasta noodles (any type you prefer) 3/4 lb of fresh green beans, trimmed and cut in half 2 TBS dijon mustard 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 cup Bella Nonnas Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup Bella Nonnas Dill Infused Olive Oil 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated salt and pepper pine nuts or almond slivers Preparation Cook pasta Whisk together balsamic, olive oil, dijon mustard, and garlic. Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, lean lamb leg carefully trimmed of all sliver skin and sinew and cut in to 1" pieces 1 pound dried Great Northern white beans soaked overnight and rinsed 4 medium sized carrots peeled and cut in 1" dice 1 large onion finely diced 5 cloves garlic minced 1-28 oz. can diced tomatoes in juice 1 1/2 cups red wine 1/2 cup all purpose flour 4 cups beef or chicken stock 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Bella Nonnas Rosemary Olive Oil  2 bay leaves 1 - 4" sprig of fresh rosemary Sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste Cooking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350. Ingredients: 1 pound Great White Northern Beans, rinsed and picked over 1 medium celery rib, coarsely chopped 2 large shallots, diced 1 large carrot, peeled and coarsely chopped 1/4 pound smoked bacon diced 2 large cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped 5 quarts chicken broth or stock, vegetable stock, or cold water 1 - 2 inch sprig fresh rosemary 1 dried bay leaf 1/2 cup Bella Nonnas Tuscan Herb Olive Oil Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste (at least 1 tablespoon recommended if not using stock) Cooking Instructions: Combine all the ingredients except for the olive oil in a large slow cooker.
