Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

4 large fresh tomatoes. Or 12-14 cherry tomatoes.
5 tablespoons Ultra Fresh Hojiblanca or Frantoio Extra virgin olive oil Dash of Salt and fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons of Amphoras Aged Fig or Traditional Balsamic vinegar
14 leaves Basil sliced
1 package of Fresh mozzarella cheese packed in water

Products You Will Need:
Traditional Style (Aged up to 18 years)

Cooking Instructions:
Thinly slice tomatoes and arrange around perimeter of plate.
Slice mozzarella into silver dollars and place on each tomato. Top with a sprig of basil
Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pour over tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste serve.
